Stephen Horsley


Stephen offers an incredibly diverse background in experiential marketing and live event production. One that extends across a broad spectrum of live experience environments, industry sectors, geographies and disciplines over 27 years. A combination that form the foundation of a unique perspective on contemporary live experience design and sports fan engagement.

His production experience spans over 1,500 live events; large-scale event production, major exhibitions, world-class sport, global marquee events, live theatre, corporate events and commercial development of creative industries. This experience underwrites a unique commercial talent which has seen him generate millions in returns for tier-1 brands in local, regional and international markets. Stephen’s unique journey has helped him apply creative thinking to successfully solve complex business challenges for some of the world’s leading brands.

His experience with world-leading sporting events extends from the likes of; The America’s Cup to the Sydney Olympics and from motorsport and international rugby to rowing, NRL, AFL and cricket.

Eamon D’Arcy


Eamon is one of Australia’s most experienced event designers both in the cultural and corporate worlds. With over 30 years experience in working at the highest levels of the industry. His unique talent and achievements making him one of the most sort-after creative designers anywhere in the world.

He trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) Sydney, the Motley School in London, and has also held a number of Senior Design/ Creative Lead Roles in large scale projects such as the Summer and Winter Olympics Games Ceremonies, World Expo Pavilions, world-class Theatre productions and major marquee events worldwide.

Eamon was the Site Designer for HANDA Opera on Sydney Harbour, and recently the Production Designer for The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo (Australia and China Tour). He was Stage Designer for the Women’s T20 World Cup Opening Ceremony and is regularly requested for interactive design commissions in the Middle East and throughout Asia.

Rob Smith


Rob has an unparalleled network and breadth and depth of knowledge of the business of sport and entertainment having worked at the highest levels of the industry for 20 years. After practising law for a number of years he joined IMG as in-house legal counsel before moving to the ARU (now Rugby Australia) to head up player contracting and administer the collective bargaining agreement.

Rob has also worked with sports management and marketing agency Sport & Entertainment Ltd (SEL), being responsible for talent management, commercial rights sales, account management and legal affairs. As Managing Director of CSM Sport and Entertainment in Australia, Rob was privileged to represent a number of rights holders, event and brand clients, including Cricket Australia, Netball Australia, Supercars, Invictus Games 2018 Sydney, Jeep, Hisense, HSBC, Specsavers, AirAsia and Legacy NSW.

Along the way, Rob has also been involved with sports marketing, talent management and event businesses GroupM / SponsorCom, Esportif and SuperFoiler GP. He currently sits on the board of Sport NSW and Surfing and mentors a number of individuals in the sport and entertainment industry.
